setting: outside with tobias. lifting something over my head that was rather large and ungainly but relatively light.

tobias:

dad. you're soo strong.

jae:

oh yeah?

tobias:

yeah. you're soo strong dad.

jae:

i love tobias.

setting: driving up the driveway to the house after work. benita, tobias and natalie on the front yard playing. before i even get out of the car natalie is running towards me with a big smile, smiling eyes, arms open, yelling out her signature 'dadeeeee'

jae:
hi! give daddy a big hug..

natalie:
